Approximately 170 technical presentations are included by authors from 70 companies and 35 educational institutions from 15 countries. 47% are from North America, 34% from Asia and 19% from Europe. The diversity of the authors is quite striking; there are only four institutions (Xerox, Hewlett Packard, Kodak and Quality Engineering Associates) which have contributed more than five papers each.
