Travel arrangements and lodging are at the attendee's discretion.

Transportation

Fribourg is easily accessible by direct train from the international airports in Geneva and Zurich. There are several hotels close to the conference building (see below) or you may stay in Bern or some other city and commute by train each day. There is a direct bus from the Fribourg Train Station to both the School of Enginnering and Architecture of Fribourg and iPrint.

To help with planning, you may find the public transportation website/app for Switzerland useful.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Early registration ends 31 December 2023; register by then for savings. Separate registration fees are required for the iPrint Advanced Inkjet Printing Workshop on Feb 1.
  • Conference registration includes the e-proceedings, access to the LIVE technical sessions (in person or online), access to recordings of talks for three months after the event (for all registrants), two lunches, and daily coffee/tea breaks.
  • Student registrations include IS&T membership through the end of 2024, including an e-subscription to the Journal of Imaging Science and Technology. Students are defined as those actively pursuing a degree through awarding of a PhD; post docs are not recognized as students.
  • The iPrint Advanced Inkjet Printing Workshop must be attended in person; their is no online option. The Workshop includes instruction, two coffee breaks, and lunch.
  • The online platform for the conference is MS Teams.
